Who We Find Jobs is

We Find Jobs is a genuine UAE company. We have worked out of Dubai for more than 15 years, and our office sits in Al Sufouh 2, Dubai Media City. You can call us on +971 55 429 4595 between 9am and 6pm and speak to a person, not a chatbot.

When we started, nobody in the UAE was offering CV distribution as a service. Job seekers applied one vacancy at a time and waited. We built a database of employers, recruitment agencies and headhunters, wrote CVs that suited how those people hire, and sent the CVs out directly. Other firms copied the model later. A large share of Abu Dhabi jobs sit with government departments, semi-government companies and big energy, defence and infrastructure employers. Most large UAE employers and nearly every big recruitment agency use an applicant tracking system, or ATS. Common ones in the region include Oracle Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday and Bayt’s recruiter tools. The software opens your file, pulls out the text, splits it into fields (name, contact details, job titles, dates, skills, education) and scores it against the job description.

Here’s where many good candidates lose out. If your CV uses two columns, the ATS may read across both columns and mix your job titles with your skills. If your contact details sit in the header of a Word file, some systems skip them. If you call yourself a “Growth Ninja” when the job says “Marketing Manager”, the keyword match fails.
